On August 21, 2018, the review meeting for
project Development and Implementation
Plan of Tunchang Eco-Circular Agriculture Demonstration County undertaken
by EED in collaboration with the Hainan Province Tunchang Agricultural Bureau
was convened at the Tunchang County Government.
The meeting was presided by Deputy County
Magistrate Hong Wang. County Magistrate Wensheng Kuang gave the opening speech
and Managing Director of EED Xin Liu presented the project results. Five
experts from the China Biogas Society, Agricultural Ecology and Resources
Protection Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, Hainan Provincial Agricultural
Ecology and Resources Protection Terminus, and Hainan Province Biogas
Association composed the committee and heard the presentation. After research,
questioning, and discussion, they agreed that the overall strategy, objectives,
layout and function zoning as presented in the Plan fully considered the
general requirements of integration of multiple regulations. The Plan embodied
the development characteristics of Tunchang, was scientific and reasonable, and
was realistic, forward-looking and operable.
The project gained unanimous affirmation of authorities
of Tunchang County and the experts participated.
