Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission: Jiangxi Low-Carbon Economic and Social Development Program

To develop low carbon economy, Jiangxi provincial government entrusted EED and DRCSC to prepare the Jiangxi Low-Carbon Economic and Social Development Program, which will serve as  the reference for the government's macro decision-making, guidance for the development of industry and enterprises and for the people’s lifestyle. The Program is based on international experience and the specific situation of China and Jiangxi Province; with fully analyzation on the potential of low-carbon economic development of Jiangxi Province, strategy and guide policy on low-carbon economic development of Jiangxi Province are established.
